Hi, I've been reading the docs and I would like to verify that I understood it correctly. The current LTSP server does not support clients with older and weaker hardware anymore?

bildo: remote xorg has died ages ago, but you can still boot older clients and use any recent remote desktop program that you like, such as xfreerdp, x2go etc

The web nowadays needs 4+ GB RAM per user, and a whole lot of bandwidth would be needed to transfer uncompressed HD video in LAN; so the "big server" concept doesn't really apply anymore
