They are different versions of the Ubuntu distribution (one is Ubuntu Desktop, new one is Ubuntu Mate as per LTSP recommendation). Am I correct in thinking I should not copy over any of the hidden configuration folders? I'm thinking if it starts with a '.', I don't copy it over?
