Is there an alternative for nfs, something with server-side copy like samba under windows?

| 23:06 | I'm having a heck of a time getting ltsp working on a Ubuntu 16.04 machine using ltsp-manager. I've installed and configured everything, but when I boot a client I get the tftp files just fine, but nbd fails with a connection refused, finishing with /dev/nbd0 does not exist.
