Hi Alkis, I did what you suggested me to upgrade the ltsp image: it worked. Then, I added some test users (we have 24 RaspberriesPI 3 on our classroom) and I found that opening 6 or more Youtube videos was slowing down the server on the following connected thin clients. The problem was the RAM (previously I had 6 Gb allocated) that was near to be filled; so I added another 6Gb. But to be sure, I converted the thin to fat clients, f

The problem was the RAM (previously I had 6 Gb allocated) that was near to be filled; so I added another 6Gb. But to be sure, I converted the thin to fat clients, following your instructions on the Ubuntu Community Help Wiki, and installing the Ubuntu MATE desktop environment.

It worked completely and perfectly too. I run the ltsp-update-image, restarted the server (it’s an Ubuntu Mate 16.04.3 32 bit), and tried to connect with the raspberries. If I log as the administrator, no problem, but if I try to log as one of the previously configured test user, it don’t. Really if I do: cut -d: -f1 /etc/passwd I don’t view any test user.
08:52
It seems that the chroot can’t retrieve the main system configuration. Do you, please, have any suggestion to manage that? Thanks

Hello. I have a problem when booting ltsp, the terminal of the pxe client says when attempting to tftp get pxelinux.0 permission denied.
21:43
<vagrantc>
is it getting the right server? are there any logs in /var/log/syslog on the server that it tried to connect?

they seem to come consistantly after the tftp request
