I've asked about it before and it happens if the client disconnects from the server for some reason. My question is, is there something on the client I could periodically check with a cron to see if it is working, and start / restart if not? we have this with 3 - 4 clients out of 30ish each day,

I'm at a conference today and tomorrow, if there's a boring talk tomorrow I'll get to it. ldm does indeed not support .svg, and it's too late for new features in Debian (as far as I understand), so the images would have to be converted to .png
