<alkisg>
Nice bot, it works both with - and with _
15:00
<vagrantc>
a bit confusing, though. made me think there were multiple entries
15:01
still having the slow shutdown/reboot issue ... but i feel like there are other major issues more important to get fixed
15:02
<alkisg>
vagrantc: what other issues?
15:02
I've deployed the trunk versions of ldm and ltsp to all schools here months ago, we didn't have any issues...
15:06
<vagrantc>
alkisg: all the stuff fixed in bzr not uploaded to debian? :)
15:07
<alkisg>
Yes, I'm frequently using launchpad recipes to send builds to the greek schools PPA
15:07
And I'm guessing more than 50% of the ubuntu/ltsp users have that in their sources... no complains so far
15:07
<vagrantc>
the better gnome-keyring fix
15:08
alkisg: i mean, barring surprises in my testing, i plan to upload even though the slow reboot/shutdown issue is there
15:08
<alkisg>
Ah, sure
15:08
Were you able to reproduce it even after all the updates (in other software)?
15:09
<vagrantc>
alkisg: well, before it would kernel panic, now it's just slow
15:10
<alkisg>
How slow? Still more than 1 minute?
15:11
<vagrantc>
i think 1.5 minutes
15:12
i just wiped my test install, since i wanted to test from scratch

<bennabiy>
Has anyone in here run into python-xlibs causing issues on their systems with the latest version for trusty?
18:41
<vagrantc>
hrm. there's code in Debian's ltsp-build-client plugins for checking/configuring /etc/exports ... but at least for the forseeable future, NFS isn't even really supported...
18:45
alkisg_away: do you know if it's possible to trigger a launchpad translation update?

alkisg_away: it might be good to use something more descriptive than bzr commit ids in commit messages, as if we ever switch revision control systems, it may become meaningless ... and for those poor git-remote-bzr users. :)
19:21
maybe quoting the first line of the prior commit, or something like that.
