i am running edubuntu in test mode and am thinking of trying it in a small business with 5 clients but with the clients attached via wifi .... cannot find any documentation on doing it this way ... any ideas?
vagrantc: "wireless" is http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/WirelessLtsp
the short answer is, it's not really possible in the same way that wired ethernet is.
you either need a wireless-to-ethernet bridge for each thin client ... or you need to copy the kernel and initrd to a local media on each thin client, and keep them all updated.
you might have to do some initrd tweaking

i have the next error
error failed to mount the root directory via NFa
Posible reasons include
1)NFS sevice not be runnin on the server
vagrantc the local media route seems the most attractive
2)workstation ip does not map too hostname, eith in /etc/host or in dns
3)wrong address for nfs sever in the dhcp config
4)wrong pathname for root directory in the dhcp config
vagantc is there any experience with the wireless bridge?

hi ! a question .
what is the requirments of adding a user on ltsp client, just so that he also able to use his usb flash drives.
does adding that user to "fuse" group enough, or should one also chmod some file/directory as well ?
vagrantc: "checklist" is The checklist for debugging problems with local device access is at http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/LTSP-42-LocalDev#Troubleshooting. Please work through all 12 steps, record the results, and paste the results to the pastebot at http://pastebot.ltsp.org

not out nothing like login or gdm domething
One of the machines was a FC6 machine prior to the LTSP switchover, and was not locking up. So I can conclude I think that things are failing due to a mechanism in LTSP
